This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to inherit a strong and continuously expanding book of business, with consistently high earning potential thanks to a generous commission scheme. Specialising in the HNW / Mass Affluent market, our client is seeking someone they can trust to manage this calibre of business and act as the main point of contact across the region.

With guaranteed business from exclusive lead partners, the earning potential is significant. This role would suit an individual with a strong focus on conversion and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • The ideal candidate will be a proven Mortgage Adviser, ideally with experience in the HNW market.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage a client book independently.
  • Flexibility to work from home two days a week.
  • A good understanding of current market trends and the ability to offer expert, tailored advice.

This is not a lead-generation role. You won’t be chasing business, instead you’ll be doing what you do best: advising clients and delivering best-in-class service. This is a unique opportunity to join a genuine market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to assess mortgage needs and financial goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on mortgage products, rates, and terms.
  • Support clients in completing applications and compiling documentation.
  • Assess creditworthiness and financial profiles to determine loan eligibility.
  • Liaise with lenders and underwriters to ensure timely mortgage processing.
  • Stay informed of regulatory updates and changes in mortgage products.
  • Build relationships with referral partners including estate agents and developers.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire mortgage journey.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage products, programs, and lending criteria.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
