£35,000 base salary with 35% to 50% commission!

Our client is a highly respected Whole of Market brokerage with 25 years\’ experience. Headquartered in London, they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to manage their client base across in South London. This is a hybrid working unique opportunity to inherit a strong and continuously expanding book of business and earn consistently high levels of commission.
Our client specialises in the HNW / Mass Affluent market and is seeking someone they can trust to manage this calibre of business and be the main point of contact across the region. With guaranteed business the earning potential is significant. This would suit individuals who focus on providing exceptional service to their clients.
What We\’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a proven Mortgage Adviser and ideally have some experience in the HNW market, strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage a client book, and the flexibility to work from home. They will also have a good understanding of the current market trends and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients based on these trends.
This is not a position where you will be chasing business or generating leads, so we\’re seeking someone who has a passion for converting business and doing what they do best – advising clients and providing best-in-class service. This is a very unique opportunity with a genuine market leader.
Responsibilities:
– Consult with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
– Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, rates, and terms
– Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
– Evaluate client creditworthiness and financial information to determine loan eligibility
– Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications
– Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and programs
– Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
Experience:
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Mortgage Advisor role.
– In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and lending guidelines
– Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files simultaneously
– Proficient in mortgage software systems and MS Office Suite

On top of a £35,000 basic you will have a monthly commission scheme of:
£0 to £150k = 35%
