Fully Remote Protection Adviser

The Position / Responsibilities
- You will be providing telephone-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services
- Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements
- Maintaining records on the internal system and following the company sales process
- Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Protection Adviser is essential
- Qualifications in R01 & R05 or CF1 & R05, CeMAP & R05 or CeMAP & Cert Pro.
- A highly professional, customer-focused individual
- A fully consultative approach to sales and commitment to compliance
- A confident communicator, particularly over the phone
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve KPIs

What We Can Offer
- A competitive starting base salary of up to £32,000, reflecting your level of experience. That can increase to £36,000 with time.
- A generous bonus scheme that reaches up to 60% of your base salary. You can expect first-year earnings whilst working towards CAS status to be between £38,000 – £42,000, increasing over subsequent years of up to £55,000+.
