Warm Leads Only | Hybrid | £60–70K+ OTE

We’re currently supporting a leading UK mortgage & protection brokerage that is expanding its Protection team after significant investment and a major uplift in warm, pre-qualified leads . This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Life Insurance Protection Specialist who wants strong earning potential, genuine support, and a high-quality client base with no cold calling .

About the Role

As a Protection Adviser, you'll provide high-quality protection advice to a steady flow of warm clients. You’ll deliver outstanding customer outcomes, maintain strong relationships with referring mortgage advisers, and manage your caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, compliant protection advice to clients
  • Ensure all recommendations meet T&C, compliance and Consumer Duty standards

  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and referring advisers

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a protection advice role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Service-driven, professional, and organised
  • Confident with digital systems and tools
  • Excellent telephone manner and rapport-building ability

Hybrid set up: enjoy the flexibility of home-working 1-2 days a week, alongside time in the Central London office.
