Life Insurance Specialist / Protection Adviser
Warm Leads Only | Hybrid | £60–70K+ OTE
We’re currently supporting a leading UK mortgage & protection brokerage that is expanding its Protection team after significant investment and a major uplift in warm, pre-qualified leads . This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Life Insurance Protection Specialist who wants strong earning potential, genuine support, and a high-quality client base with no cold calling .

About the Role
As a Protection Adviser, you'll provide high-quality protection advice to a steady flow of warm clients. You’ll deliver outstanding customer outcomes, maintain strong relationships with referring mortgage advisers, and manage your caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a protection advice role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload

- Confident with digital systems and tools
- Excellent telephone manner and rapport-building ability
