The Opportunity:
CareerStone is recruiting experienced Protection Advisers on behalf of an established and growing protection business based in Farnborough.
This is an opportunity for an adviser who already understands protection sales and wants to join a business where there is a consistent focus on lead generation, performance, development and earning potential.
The business generates its own enquiries through Google and social media marketing, giving advisers access to fresh inbound customers who have expressed an interest in discussing their protection needs.
The Role:
Working within the New Business team, you will speak with customers about their protection requirements and help them find appropriate solutions.
The position would suit an adviser who is comfortable working in a busy telephone based sales environment, enjoys speaking with customers and is motivated by achieving strong results.
What We’re Looking For:
For this particular position, previous protection or life insurance sales experience is required.
We are particularly interested in advisers who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience within protection or life insurance sales
- Strong telephone based sales skills
- A consultative approach to customer conversations
- Confidence working in a target driven environment
- Resilience and the ability to maintain consistent activity levels
- A strong focus on both sales performance and customer outcomes
- The ambition to develop their career within protection and wider financial services
Salary & Earnings:
£30,000 basic salary, with scope to grow to £35,000
In addition, advisers benefit from:
- Strong performers earning around £60,000 per annum
- Top performers with the potential to earn £70,000+
- A bonus structure designed to reward both production and quality
Although we are specifically looking for advisers who already have protection experience, continued development is an important part of the opportunity.
There are longer term progression routes into areas including advised protection, PMI, franchise opportunities and potentially mortgages and wealth, alongside support towards industry qualifications including RO5.
The position is office based in Farnborough, approximately five minutes from Farnborough Central Station, with parking available locally.
The working week includes:
Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
