Seeking an ambitious Mortgage Services Consultant for a market leading Financial Services Brokerage - Genuine Long Term Prospects and Fantastic Working Environment. Base salary + generous bonus scheme.
Our client is a leading Advisory business that offers expertise across the full spectrum of financial services including commercial finance, wealth management, mortgages, protection and financial planning. With a friendly and successful environment, they are looking to welcome a new Mortgage Services Consultant into the team.
The Role
- You’ll speak with existing clients, explaining services such as conveyancing, surveys, insurance and home‑mover support.
- Your job is to guide them, outline timelines and costs, and book appointments with specialist teams (internal and third‑party).
- No prospecting or cold‑calling is required.
- You’ll liaise with advisers, organise diaries, log appointments, and ensure every client receives a friendly, professional experience.
The Person
- You’ll have at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in mortgages, protection, or another regulated financial services environment.
- You should be confident on the phone with strong communication skills.
- Service‑driven, personable, and able to build rapport.
- Motivated by targets and comfortable working efficiently.
- Keen to upskill, contribute to team improvements, and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Good Microsoft Office skills are required.
Full training on services and objection handling will be provided.
