Self Employed Mortgage Adviser in Birmingham & East Midlands.
Looking for the freedom of self employment without the pressure of generating your own leads? We're recruiting for a highly respected, directly authorised, whole of market mortgage brokerage with a long standing reputation for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This opportunity offers the flexibility and earning potential of self employment, backed by a proven lead generation model, dedicated support and access to a high quality client base throughout Birmingham and the East Midlands.
Most self employed opportunities expect advisers to generate their own business. You'll receive a consistent flow of pre qualified mortgage appointments generated through relationships with over 1,400 corporate partners, including many major FTSE 250 organisations. Employees are introduced through workplace benefits programmes, webinars, mortgage seminars and regular mortgage surgeries held at client sites across the region.
- Fully remote working
- Adult working environment built on trust
- Mortgage surgeries at major corporate client sites
- Long term rebroker and retention opportunities
- High Quality Clients
Outstanding Earning Potential: Advisers are typically completing between 15 and 25 cases per month, creating significant earning potential from an established and proven lead source. Making the move into self employment can feel daunting, particularly when leaving behind a salary and existing pipeline. To help advisers make the transition with confidence, financial support of up to £3,000 per month may be available during the first 3 to 6 months, helping provide stability while your pipeline builds and cases complete. This means you can focus on writing business, servicing clients and building momentum from day one.
CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisers who:
- Have mortgage advice experience
- Are motivated by earning potential and personal growth
- Enjoy building long term client relationships
- Prefer an adult working environment over corporate micromanagement
