Role Description


The Business Development Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships with organizations and professionals aligned with CareerShift’s mission. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting discovery meetings, presenting program offerings, and negotiating partnership agreements. The Business Development Partner will collaborate with trainers, coaches, and internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions, support implementation of joint initiatives, and ensure partner satisfaction. The role also involves managing a pipeline of opportunities, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to the development of sales and growth strategies.


Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience in Sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing partnership or service agreements.

  • Strong Consulting and client advisory skills to understand partner needs and co-create impactful career development solutions.

  • Proven Project Management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver agreed outcomes with partners.

  • Background in Leadership Development and Training, with the ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, coaches, and learning experts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.

  • Ability to work independently on-site in the London Area, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience in career development, professional services, or education sectors is beneficial.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
