As a Senior Java Developer, you will manage the team and contribute to the design and development of end‑to‑end solutions, working across the full technology stack and playing an active role in the continued evolution of a business‑critical platform. Joining a Global team and working collaboratively to deliver a modern and scalable platform. The team is focused on building new microservices as part of an ongoing programme to modernise the existing architecture and progressively decommission legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality code into production, supporting the design and evolution of a microservices‑based architecture.
- Set the pace for delivery across the team, leading by example through consistent and reliable output.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable direction for the team.
- Contribute ideas and solutions informed by a strong understanding of the wider platform and delivery context.
- Help shape a strong, collaborative engineering culture across global teams.
- Proactively manage risks, remove blockers and improve processes to support effective delivery.
