Role Purpose
Delta Capita is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office & Executive Support Coordinator to support the Senior Executive Assistant and contribute to the smooth running of our London office. This role combines junior executive assistant support, office coordination, front‑of‑house responsibilities, and internal events and communications. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, operates confidently in a corporate professional services environment, and is motivated to find practical solutions to support people and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Senior Management Team
- Act as first‑line EA support when the Senior EA is on leave
- Assist with diary coordination, meeting scheduling, room bookings, and travel support
- Prepare presentations, documents, and internal correspondence
- Process expenses, invoices, and other general administrative tasks
- Office & Front Desk Support
- Work alongside the Office Manager to provide professional front‑of‑house cover, welcoming visitors and clients
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up to a high standard
- Provide support on office facilities management
- Provide cover when Office Manager is on leave
- Internal Events & Engagement
- Support planning and delivery of internal events, including:
- Summer and winter parties
- Team socials and engagement activities
- Internal meetings and town halls
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, venues, and communications
- Support a positive, inclusive employee experience
- Provide support and coordination to events organised by the Culture Committee
- Internal Communications
- Support internal communications such as office updates, event invitations, and announcements
- Ensure communications are clear, professional, and timely
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to day‑to‑day challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working
- Support ad‑hoc projects as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, office support, or junior EA role
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Professional communication style, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way

- Comfortable working in a corporate / professional services environment
