We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (AVP level) with a strong background in Post Trade Efficiency initiatives driven by T+1. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently lead project management or business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement to support T+1 readiness, including:

  • Improving Trade Allocations, Matching and Settlements across the trade lifecycle.
  • Design and implement new technology solutions for improvement of settlement flows.
  • Remediate Trade matching breaks and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for T+1 change.
  • Design and enhance processes to support improved trade lifecycle flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front office, middle office, technology, and operations.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on existing process flows.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of securities trade lifecycle – allocations, confirmations, settlements and key drivers creating bottlenecks within settlement efficiency.
  • Understanding of key technologies, infrastructures and platforms that currently support trade lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in post trade processes either in a BAU or Change capacity.
  • Familiarity with CSDR and T+1 rules.

Other Beneficial Skills and Experiences

  • Experience working in large financial institutions on T+1 or CSDR programmes.
  • Hands‑on experience of middle office processes within Securities settlement or Clearing.

This is a hybrid position based in London, England. It is a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. A valid US or UK work permit is mandatory for this role.

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
