Role Summary

Exciting opportunity to join the fast‑growing Consulting Business at Delta Capita, delivering high‑quality services to leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships, act as trusted advisor, and identify new collaboration opportunities within the firm.
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure high‑quality delivery throughout project lifecycle; provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and Consulting leadership to develop campaigns, respond to RFPs, and drive growth of the Consulting practice.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing sessions, client events, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, presentations, and industry conferences.
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas, identify opportunities to enhance processes and develop Delta Capita IP.
  • Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven consulting experience or experience in project management or business analysis within Financial Services.
  • Change management experience across strategy, design, analysis, project management, build, testing, and go‑live.
  • Understanding of financial services products and lifecycle events, and experience working in financial services regulation.
  • Experience managing small projects, supporting successful project/programme deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets ecosystem and participants (sell‑side, buy‑side, market infrastructure).
  • Background as a management consultant or change role in a financial services institution, with blend of industry knowledge and soft skills such as influence, listening, presentation, and team management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Responsibility for supporting business growth through ongoing operations and RFPs.
  • Preferred Knowledge
  • Experience working in an agile environment with agile certifications.
  • Experience across technology and system upgrades.
