We are looking for a high-impact Digital Banking Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of lending domain expertise, AI-led delivery, and modern engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology teams to define and deliver AI-led solutions across digital banking.
  • Translate lending workflows and use cases into AI/data-driven processes and system designs.
  • Drive clarity across UI, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers (Python / Golang), and UI teams.
  • Shape solutions in ambiguous environments, focusing on outcomes over documentation.
  • Define and refine user journeys, screen flows, and interactions, ensuring usability.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, bridging business intent with technical execution.
  • Work hands-on with delivery teams to progress features from concept to production.

Lending / Banking Expertise

  • Strong understanding of lending lifecycle:
    • Origination
    • Credit assessment
    • Collateral management
    • Portfolio management
  • Ability to map business processes into system capabilities.
  • Experience working with Credit, RMT, and Originations stakeholders.

AI & Data Awareness

  • Comfortable working in AI-led delivery environments.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • How data is ingested, processed, and used.
    • How AI outputs are generated.
    • Limitations, risks, and edge cases of AI solutions.
  • Ability to identify suitable use cases for AI vs rules-based logic.
  • Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and enrichment processes.

Technical Business Analysis

  • Strong understanding of:
    • APIs and integration patterns.
    • Data flows and system interactions.
    • Architectures such as REST, event-driven, and pub/sub.
  • Ability to interpret technical designs and contribute to solution shaping.
  • Confidence working closely with engineers in an agile delivery environment.

Python / Golang Exposure

  • Familiarity with backend services built in Python and/or Golang.
  • Able to define clear, meaningful requirements for backend services.
  • Comfortable discussing:
    • Processing logic.
    • Data structures.
    • Service behaviour.

UI / UX Focus

  • Experience working with UI/UX teams, ideally on AI-driven interfaces.
  • Ability to define:
    • User journeys.
    • Screen flows.
    • Interaction models.
  • Strong focus on usability and user outcomes, not just requirements documentation.

Delivery Mindset

  • A hands-on, embedded BA – not just documentation-focused.
  • Works closely with developers on a day-to-day basis.
