Aspire Lounges in London is seeking a Senior Culinary Colleague to ensure high-quality food preparation and back-of-house hygiene, delivering Aspire’s guest experience standard across our lounge network.
You will work with front-of-house colleagues to present food and beverages, prepare hot and cold offerings, maintain hygiene records, follow the Operations Manual, and assist with stock control and safety procedures; flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends is required.
