As a

Fragrance Account Manager with Aspects Beauty, you will play a key role in driving sales, leading luxury fragrance and beauty brands, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across airport retail locations.

Working closely with the Travel Retail Regional Manager, you will oversee account performance, support fragrance launches and promotional activity, and build strong relationships with store teams, brand partners, and stakeholders.

This is a commercial, people-focused role that combines sales leadership, account management, merchandising, and team development.

You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities, maintaining outstanding brand standards, and ensuring excellent operational execution across your designated airport terminals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed retail, productivity and account targets.
  • Lead fragrance launches, promotional campaigns and in-store events to maximise customer engagement and sales.
  • Build, coach and motivate consultants, agency teams and store staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster strong relationships with store management, airport retail partners and brand owners.
  • Ensure all stores and counters are presented to the highest standards and fully compliant with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, availability of testers and promotional materials, taking proactive action to prevent lost sales opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly rotas to ensure effective store coverage and service levels.
  • Conduct compliance audits and maintain accurate photographic records across designated airport stores.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports, feedback and business insights to Regional Management and Head Office.
  • Support the growth and development of outer store locations by identifying new opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a luxury shopping experience for every customer.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in all required training programmes.
  • Stay informed of competitor activity, market trends and travel retail developments.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for Aspects Beauty and its portfolio of prestigious brands at all times.
  • Work flexibly across varying shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
