It is a high-energy, multi-brand food destination bringing four of Chef Gordon Ramsay's iconic global brands, Lucky Cat, Street Burger, Street Pizza, and Fish & Chips together under one roof. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Chef de Partie who thrives under pressure, loves the rhythm of a busy service, and takes pride in doing things properly.
Key Responsibilities include:- Run your assigned kitchen section with confidence, taking full responsibility for preparing, cooking, and presenting premium dishes.
- Ensure exact consistency, flawless plating accuracy, and high-quality flavour profiles across our menu items.
- Manage, train, and pass down your culinary skills to more junior members of the team, like our Commis Chefs.
- Track your section's inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate ingredients shortages proactively to the Sous Chef.
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, and heavily organized workstation in strict compliance with health and food safety regulations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, quality kitchen.
- Advanced culinary knowledge, excellent knife skills, and familiarity with commercial grills, fryers, and ovens.
- A calm-under-pressure demeanour, an eager-to-learn attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to work a flexible rota, including early mornings (starting from 5:00 AM), evenings, weekends, and holidays.
