Workforce Planning Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into strategic workforce decisions? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join a dynamic organisation that’s investing in its people, operations, and future growth.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of workforce analytics, demand forecasting, and resource modelling to support long-term operational planning across multiple service areas. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll identify key trends, develop performance dashboards, and guide resourcing decisions that drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models using workforce data and trends
  • Analyse service demand, capacity, and productivity to inform workforce strategy
  • Build dashboards and visualisations that support data-led decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, finance, and service managers
  • Present findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in workforce planning, analytics, or operational insight roles
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data modelling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Confident presenting insight to leadership and driving change
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, solutions-led mindset
