Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to step into a more autonomous, client-facing role with real variety and responsibility? You’ll work across multiple client environments, managing infrastructure, supporting users onsite and remotely, and playing a key role in project delivery — all while developing your skills in a highly collaborative and supportive setting.

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environments preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server, and general infrastructure
  • Confidence troubleshooting networking issues (WiFi, firewalls, VLANs, switching)
  • Providing both onsite and remote support to a diverse range of clients (CCTV, AV, telephony)
  • Delivering project work, installations, and technical upgrades

Salary starting at £30,000, with regular reviews and performance-based increases. £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months. Free gym membership & industry-recognised training/certifications. 32 days annual leave (increasing with length of service). Pension scheme, mileage reimbursement, and a friendly, flexible culture.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (primarily North East-based clients).
