An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced IT Engineer to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering a wide range of enterprise-level IT projects. This mid to senior-level position is ideal for someone confident in taking ownership of technical initiatives and driving them through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. From Microsoft environment upgrades to AV systems, infrastructure migrations and service desk escalations, no two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading enterprise-scale Microsoft upgrades (Windows, Office 365)
- Managing AV tech across meeting spaces with a focus on quality and reliability
- Providing 3rd line support and mentoring junior IT staff
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues
- Supporting cloud infrastructure and system migrations
- Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in a 3rd line IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT systems
- Experience with AV, cloud environments (private/public), and ITIL processes
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent communication skills
