IT Support Specialist - Hybrid Working

IT Support Specialist Gateshead (Hybrid) Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience Full-time, Permanent Careers Plus are delighted to be working with a well-established managed service provider based in the Northeast of England who is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist. Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including printers and scanners. Assist in managing and troubleshooting network issues, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity. Assist in onboarding and training new employees on IT systems and best practices. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, experience with network administration, and familiarity with cloud-based services such as Azure and AWS. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus. Customer Service: A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering top-notch support.
