- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting network issues, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees on IT systems and best practices.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
