Business Development Manager – IT & Technology Sales

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by selling cutting-edge technical products and services to businesses across the North East of England.

In this role, you will identify and engage new clients, consult them on the best solutions for their needs, and build lasting relationships that ensure long-term success. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the B2B sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Consult with clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience in a relevant sector
  • A passion for IT, technology, and digital solutions
  • A proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in sales administration and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
