What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Exchange & Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve connectivity problems
  • Prepare and rebuild laptops, install job-specific software, and support AV tech in meeting rooms
  • Manage telephony systems (Skype for Business & 8×8), including call groups and IVR setups
  • Document procedures and assist in IT training for apprentices and colleagues

What We\’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an IT support/service desk role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident supporting remote users and delivering high-quality customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN access & mobile device support
  • A flexible, team-focused, and enthusiastic approach
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
