Are you passionate about IT support and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments? An award-winning, high-growth financial technology business is on the lookout for a driven IT Technician to join its Newcastle-based Service Desk team.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Exchange & Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve connectivity problems
- Prepare and rebuild laptops, install job-specific software, and support AV tech in meeting rooms
- Manage telephony systems (Skype for Business & 8×8), including call groups and IVR setups
- Document procedures and assist in IT training for apprentices and colleagues
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an IT support/service desk role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident supporting remote users and delivering high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN access & mobile device support
- A flexible, team-focused, and enthusiastic approach
- Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
