AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is a Part-Time position, Saturday and Sunday 11:30am-8:00pm, Monday 11:30am-9:00pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
- Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
- Manage food inventory when necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
- Culinary experience or education preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and food presentation skills
- Customer service focused nature
