We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who brings the heart, the hustle, and the good vibes. If you love creating those “wow, that was lovely” guest moments and you’re all about building a happy, buzzing team, you’ll fit right in at Megan’s.
You’ll balance the fun with the focus, keeping an eye on the numbers while keeping the energy high on the floor. Experience in a full table-service restaurant is a big win (whether that’s a busy neighbourhood spot or a charming little pub). But if your path has been a bit different, don’t worry, we’re big believers in potential and personality.
