You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. - Salary package of up to £46000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance.
