We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef who lives and breathes fresh food, loves the buzz of a busy kitchen, and can keep calm even when the tickets are flying in. You’ll be the kind of leader who lifts the whole team, coaching, developing and creating that “we’ve-got-this” energy that makes service feel seamless. All of our dishes are made fresh, in our restaurants every day, giving you the opportunity to work for a multi-site brand, with a fresh approach to cooking.
If you’ve run a premium, fresh-food kitchen before, maybe as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or gastro pub - amazing. But if your journey’s been a little different, don’t be shy. If you’re passionate, hands-on, and know your way around great flavours and great margins… we definitely want to hear from you.
