We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef for our site.

Responsibilities
- You’ll be ensuring that all our dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec, that every dish that reaches the pass looks incredible, and helping to train & lead our awesome team.
- You’ll also ensure that the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&S standards, with a high level of cleanliness at all times.
- If you want to progress, we can help you pursue a career in kitchen management by developing your skills and knowledge even further.
Qualifications
- Ideally you’ll have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment, but if you’ve got a different background then don’t let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
