Making Space invites applications for a Community Navigator role in the Cambridgeshire Navigators Service. The position is predominantly home-based with some local travel and aims to connect adults with services, provide information and signposting to support independent living.
You will offer one-to-one guidance through face-to-face, telephone or online appointments and email/text, helping people explore options and access emotional support.
