Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator to connect adults in Huntingdonshire with local services, community groups and emotional support. The role is predominantly home-based with some local travel and involves providing information and guidance across face-to-face, telephone, virtual, and text/email channels.
You will assess needs, develop plans to meet outcomes, and work in line with Making Space values to reduce isolation and promote independent living.
