Making Space in Burnley is seeking a Social Inclusion Worker to join the Inspiring Minds team of Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service. The role focuses on delivering person-centred activities to adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, with occasional weekend shifts.
You will support residents to participate in activities, coordinate logistics, and provide 1-1 support in the community when required.
