We are partnering with a well established specialist legal recruitment firm with a long standing presence in Leeds. The firm focuses on placing qualified lawyers and works with a loyal client base across private practice, in house and some government related work.
Consultants operate on warm, active desks with strong client relationships and benefit from a supportive, collaborative team culture.
The Leeds team is hiring experienced 360 consultants to strengthen existing desks handling mid to senior level legal recruitment assignments. You will work closely with senior consultants and directors who remain hands on with clients and delivery, offering strong mentoring and support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Running a warm legal desk with live vacancies
- Recruiting qualified lawyers across private practice and in house
- Managing and developing 12 to 15 key client relationships
- Sharing candidates and working jointly on roles
- Full 360 recruitment with strong client exposure
- Support on complex roles where needed
