This is not your standard legal recruitment role.
The business has a strong reputation across senior legal search, with a particular focus on partner level recruitment, retained mandates, exclusive assignments, succession planning, law firm growth and strategic advisory work.
They are now looking to add a legal recruiter to the team who wants to move into higher value, more senior search work.
There is existing work to get involved in, direct access to senior leadership and a genuine opportunity to be part of the next stage of growth.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years into legal recruitment
- Already billing and looking for a stronger platform
- Working lower value associate work and wanting to move into partner level search
- Strong on candidate generation, headhunting and relationship building
- Not necessarily obsessed with cold business development
- Ambitious, commercial and keen to learn proper senior legal search
Responsibilities
- Senior legal recruitment
- Supporting London focused mandates
- Working on retained and exclusive assignments
- Developing into a broader consultant role over time
