This major fashion, furniture, and homeware retailer is celebrated for trend-led, beautifully crafted products – and now, they’re on the lookout for a talented Nightwear Designer to join their fast-paced Womenswear Non-Clothing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating inspiring, trend-led designs that their customers will fall in love with. Drawing influence from travel, research and market insight, you’ll work across multiple fabrications to produce elevated, commercially aware collections. Your days will be filled with concept development, supplier briefings, market research and close collaboration with their expert Buyers, Merchandisers and Product Technologists. The Nightwear Designer will need to show that they: * Have proven expertise in nightwear design * Can combine exceptional taste with strong technical skills * Are able to present ideas with clarity and confidence * Are fluent users of the Adobe Creative Suite * Have a keen awareness of trends, brands, and innovation In return, they can offer you: * Competitive salary of between £45k and £71k plus profit-related bonus * 25 days holiday (plus the option to buy more) * Private medical insurance, life assurance & group income protection * Pension scheme & Sharesave options, staff discount on most products
