This dynamic, international business designs, manufactures and installs fun, innovative outdoor playground equipment. Their mission is simple: to create exciting, educational play spaces that make children smile all over the world.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Playground Designer to join their team.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative design hub, you'll play a key role in bringing imaginative playground concepts to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating thoughtful, accurate CAD layouts and costings, based on client briefs and site information
- Ensuring all designs meet UK and international safety standards, alongside internal company standards
- Maintaining clear, accurate and timely CRM records relating to designs and costings
- Working towards personal, hub and company KPI targets, with a clear understanding of goals and lead times
About You
This role would suit someone who genuinely gets a buzz out of designing fun, engaging outdoor spaces and wants to see their ideas turned into reality.
- Experience using design software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (advantageous but not essential)
- A good working knowledge of Excel and strong numerical skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines
- A self-motivated, organised and creative approach
- A positive, can-do attitude and a real passion for design
As this is an office-based role, applicants must live locally or be able to relocate quickly.
