This family‐run independent business, which has grown organically and enjoys strong referrals, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to work at its Solihull showroom.
Responsibilities & Role
You will handle clients' design visions from initial contact through to completion, working closely with administrators, project managers, installers and fellow designers across multiple showrooms.
Skills & Experience Sought
- Strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace
- Able to work to deadlines and targets
- A natural flair for design, presentation and customer service
- Good IT skills and CAD literate (use Compusoft Winner and EQ)
- Full driving licence essential
Compensation
Offers a basic salary of £30k‐£40k plus a very good commission structure (OTE £65k‐£80k), pension, laptop, mobile phone and travel expenses. The role runs Monday to Saturday with one day off in lieu.
