We are actively looking on behalf of our client for a new mid-weight interior architect to join this award-winning interior design and architecture studio based in Surrey, just inside the M25. You will be working as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all project phases. Projects will be innovative and luxurious high-end designs for the residential market, boutique hotels and high-net-worth clientele.

The main duties will include:

  • Creating CAD technical drawing packages
  • Producing detailed internal architectural drawings
  • Producing schedules
  • Researching and creating presentations and sample boards for all interior architectural fixtures and finishes
  • Leading client and contractor meetings and liaising with suppliers

Skills and Experience Required from the Interior Architect:

  • 3 to 4+ years of post-graduate experience in luxury residential design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite
  • Technical drawing skills along with technical understanding of the full design process
  • Capable of project monitoring from concept to completion
  • Good problem-solving skills, thinking on your feet but being commercially minded
  • Knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes
  • A full, clean driving licence for site visits
