Due to retirement, theyre seeking a talented Design Manager to lead their creative team and drive the next generation of product design.
The Design Manager Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, youll oversee a small Design Team, managing projects from concept through to production and launch. Youll shape the product portfolio, identify future design opportunities, and ensure all designs meet the highest standards of style and functionality.
Youll also collaborate with Sales, Production and Marketing to bring ideas to life-supporting bespoke client requests, developing marketing materials, and maintaining product accuracy across all channels.
About You
4+ years design experience, ideally in contract furniture
Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor
Strong grasp of manufacturing processes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator and team leader
