Exporting to more than 50 countries, this company blends craftsmanship with innovation to deliver outstanding design and quality. Due to retirement, they’re seeking a talented Design Manager to lead their creative team and drive the next generation of product design. The Design Manager Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee a small Design Team, managing projects from concept through to production and launch. You’ll shape the product portfolio, identify future design opportunities, and ensure all designs meet the highest standards of style and functionality. You’ll also collaborate with Sales, Production and Marketing to bring ideas to life-supporting bespoke client requests, developing marketing materials, and maintaining product accuracy across all channels. About You * 5+ years’ design experience within the commercial furniture sector * Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor * Strong grasp of manufacturing processes * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Confident communicator and team leader Why Join?
