Working in collaboration with some of the UK’s finest craftspeople, they produce enduring pieces made from responsibly sourced, high-quality materials. About the Role: As part of the growing Bespoke Design team, you’ll work from initial brief and quotation through to 3D modelling and technical drawings. You’ll guide projects from concept to manufacture using SolidWorks and close collaboration with the in-house workshops. You’ll also contribute to improving existing furniture and lighting product lines and support in developing new designs for twice-yearly launches – an exciting opportunity to influence the future of British-made design. Skills and Experience needed from the CAD Technician / Product Designer: * Minimum 1 year of professional experience on furniture and/or lighting products * Proficient in SolidWorks, including 3D sketches, weldments and surface modelling * Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro * Solid understanding of furniture and/or lighting construction, materials, and manufacturing methods * Excellent time-management, attention to detail and appreciation for fine craftsmanship What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 * 22 days\’ holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off + 3 extra days at Christmas * Pension and healthcare * Cycle to work and car benefit schemes
