Our client is an independent lighting design studio delivering exceptional quality local and international projects. They boast a diverse project portfolio designed in collaboration with some of the world’s most creative designers. They are all about creating beautiful projects and providing their client base with the very best knowledge and service in the field. With a strong small team, they are currently looking to recruit a BIM / Revit Technician into their team who has aspirations to deliver a consistent project quality. You should already have skills and experience in BIM / Revit and of working on commercial projects. Also, the capacity to work on models, to be able to accurately interact with other design organisations and a knowledge of Uniclass & COBIE classifications and Navisworks will be important. In addition to the above, there is the capacity to expand and extend software knowledge to include design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and lighting calculation software including Dialux Evo and AGi32. Personal development training is available to candidates to enable and facilitate increased knowledge and expertise in these. The location is flexible to suit the successful candidate and can be office based (near Watford), remote (still UK based though) or a hybrid arrangement. Attendance at meetings (both online and in-person) is envisaged as part of this role. Salary will be in the region of £35k
