Our client is a leading international design and engineering practice, delivering complete design packages from concept through to completion. With studios also abroad, their London office is where the Interior Design and FF&E studio is based, working on prestigious, design-led residential schemes.
They are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer - FF&E to join their growing London team. You will work across large-scale, luxury projects, taking responsibility for FF&E design, scheduling, sourcing and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities are to:- Produce detailed FF&E schedules and specifications
- Source, specify and manage suppliers and manufacturers
- Work alongside the Interior Architects
- Attend site visits and inspections
- Prepare design schemes and presentations
- Manage FF&E procurement and reporting throughout projects
- 4+ years’ experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality interiors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign
- Experience with FF&E software
- Strong understanding of international suppliers and procurement
- £40,000 - £44,000 salary
- Pension contribution
- Private medical insurance
- Potential to work from home on Fridays
