An established Architectural and Interior Design Practice with a strong reputation across both residential and commercial sectors is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join their growing team. With a full design & build offering, including architectural services, interior design expertise, and a dedicated showroom for furniture, furnishings, accessories, and tiling, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality, design-led projects.

The Role: Reporting directly to the Design Director, you will take ownership of private client and show home projects, managing the full design process from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities are to:

  • Design, source, and deliver high-quality interior schemes tailored to client needs
  • Prepare compelling presentations and mood boards to a high standard and within deadlines
  • Liaise with suppliers and the in-house Customer Service team
  • Prepare pricing, quotations and detailed client budgets
  • Carry out site surveys and measurements as required
  • Attend client meetings, oversee installations and manage on-site fitting teams
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with clients and suppliers

About You:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in residential interior design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong creative flair with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident presenting to clients with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Solid experience working with fabrics, including measuring, quoting, and proposals
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for site visits and sourcing trips)
