Our client is a highly regarded interior design and bespoke joinery practice, delivering exceptional work across some of the most prestigious private homes in the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-room residential projects, shaping cohesive and beautifully executed interiors from concept through to completion.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the creative direction of high-end residential and heritage projects, delivering thoughtful spatial design and expertly curated FF&E schemes. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.
- Design Leadership: Lead design strategy, produce and develop layouts, drawings and bespoke joinery designs; Oversee on-site installations and final styling.
- Participate in design reviews and site visits.
- Build strong client relationships and understand project aspirations; Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout all project stages; Lead the design team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel and EstiPC (or similar)
Pension scheme, Cycle to Work scheme and free parking, 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service), Hybrid working.
