Account Manager - Interiors Sector in Bath

This established Interior Design Consultancy has been creating and installing beautiful interiors for the residential marketplace for many years.

With a talented in-house team of designers and stylists, they are investing in their Business Development team and looking for an Account Manager or Business Development Executive to join them.

/n

The role will combine winning new business with developing existing client relationships within the residential or their growing hospitality sector.

/n

Key responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
- Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term retention
/n
- Responding to and following up sales enquiries
/n
- Negotiating project budgets, timescales and requirements with clients
/n
- Preparing clear and concise client briefs for the project management team
/n
- Providing sales forecasts and information to support forward planning
/n
- Supporting seasonal marketing and advertising campaigns
/n

/n

About You:

/n

/n
- Previous experience in a sales role within the interiors or property development sector
/n
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
/n
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of sales targets and gross profit
/n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
/n
- Good IT skills
/n
- A current driving licence
/n

Salary: £35,000 to 45,000 plus bonus, pool /company car depending on role level, company pension, 22 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
