This Cabinet Maker creates high end, bespoke furniture and interiors. They work with interior designers, architects, developers and contractors and are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and organised individual to take on the role of Workshop Manager and contribute to business strategy as a member of the leadership team. It will be a very hands-on role so you should be well versed in a range of construction techniques from traditional to modern fixings with extensive knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. Overseeing production scheduling at the Workshop you will be expected to deliver projects on time to high quality standards. You will also be: Managing all aspects of purchasing and processing orders received Overseeing all aspects of goods in and out Managing all aspects of H&S including machine servicing and repairs Growing and continuously improving the business while promoting a positive working culture Assisting in all areas of the workshop as a cabinet maker when required Skills and Experience needed for the Workshop Manager role: Strong knowledge and experience of cabinet making techniques including CNC processes Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills Able to meet tight deadlines, remain calm under high pressure and…
