Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Central Intake Coordinator to join our team in Alabama. This role coordinates patient referrals across regions and ensures a smooth transition to home health services.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, based in Clanton or Hoover offices. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with computers and typing.
