Ongoing Monitoring is building the capabilities Tide needs to detect, prevent and manage financial crime, fraud and risk across the member lifecycle. Within Ongoing Monitoring, we are creating a new Acquiring Fraud & Risk team as part of the Ongoing Monitoring team. As Senior Product Manager for Ongoing Monitoring Acquiring Fraud & Risk, you will own the roadmap for Tide’s acquiring transaction risk monitoring capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud Operations, Risk and Acquiring Product teams, you will build and scale real-time monitoring solutions using rules engines, machine learning models and Agentic AI to reduce fraud losses, improve chargeback outcomes and manage Tide’s acquiring risk exposure across card-present and card-not-present payment journeys.
