Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money. ABOUT THE TEAM This role sits as a Senior Commercial Manager within Tide\’s Admin Services team. The Admin Services team is on a mission to save members time on all of the boring administrative parts of running a business, so our members can do more of what they love. Admin Services products include Accounting, Payroll, Expense Management, Company Formation (CoFo), and Secretary services (CoSec). CoFo and CoSec help people set up a company and then manage their compliance with Companies House. Our CoFo product is market-leading and an important acquisition driver for Tide, helping to get members to open a BCA. Our CoSec product is new and will save members hours on staying compliant and up-to-date with Companies House. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Commercial Manager for Company Formations and Company Secretary services, you will be responsible for the commercial success and GTM strategy of our Company Formation and Company Secretary products. You\’ll need to: Own the overall commercial and marketing strategy for the products, to achieve revenue and product adoption goals. Work with CRM, performance marketing, and product teams to create and execute strategies and communications. Collaborate with Product to build features for members and translate these into market-facing propositions, providing feedback on designs to ensure commercial impact. Coordinate GTM for features and launches, ensuring everything is on track and teams are enabled. Develop value propositions and positioning based on user research, market insights, data, and product understanding, and embed this through product and marketing channels. Lead and support commercial discussions, including pricing, business cases, and financial forecasting. Utilize data and research in decision-making, ensuring discipline across stakeholders. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, preferably in Financial Services, Accounting, SMEs, or similar propositions. Understanding of SME pain points and business operations. Critical thinking and ability to engage with ideas and strategies constructively. Data-driven approach to market analysis, trends, growth opportunities, and KPI tracking. Experience scaling complex products in fast-growing companies, with knowledge of acquisition, activation, and retention. Basic understanding of CRM, performance marketing, and sales enablement. Experience creating value propositions and positioning for SaaS products targeting specific segments. Comfort with financial and commercial discussions. Organized, resilient, independent, proactive, and adaptable to change. Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
