Senior Business Finance Specialist (Sales) – Education Loans

Responsibilities
Scout and identify potential alliance partners such as Education Consultants, Overseas Admission Consultants, GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL coaching institutes and Test Prep Centres to drive Education Loan business.
Develop systematic, process‑driven approaches for partner acquisition, engagement and relationship management.
Ideate and develop new channel partnerships by targeting niche student segments planning to study in India and abroad.
Research prospective partners, identify key decision‑makers and generate business opportunities.
Service and manage existing partner accounts while ensuring growth in loan disbursement volumes and revenue generation.
Conduct regular engagement activities, training sessions and awareness programs for partners to improve product understanding and lead generation.
New Partner Acquisition
Identify and onboard Education Consultants, Study Abroad Consultants, Coaching Institutes and Test Preparation Centres.
Pitch Education Loan solutions to partners and finalize commercials, agreements and onboarding formalities.
Build long‑term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and business growth.
Recruit, train and manage FOS (Field Sales Officers) to strengthen direct and partner‑led distribution.
Drive education loan sales volumes and increase finance penetration across assigned territories.
Ensure timely follow‑up and conversion of student loan leads sourced through partners.
Partner Relationship Management
Conduct product training and workshops for counselors and institute teams.
Ensure smooth service delivery, quick query resolution and seamless loan processing for students.
Monitor partner performance and drive higher productivity through engagement initiatives.
Process & Operations
Ensure adherence to process rigor, documentation and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sanctioning and disbursement of education loans.
Handle reconciliation of disbursements and maintain accurate partner records.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Highly motivated, dynamic, detail‑oriented and result‑focused.
Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development or Sales, preferably in Education Loans, FinTech, EdTech or Overseas Education Consulting.
